Leader Rules



1.0. Relationship with the Curator.​

1.0.1. The leader must maintain constant contact and a proper relationship with their faction curator.
1.0.2. All important decisions related to the faction must be agreed upon with the curator and the chief curator.







1.1. General Rules.​

1.1.1. Using faction resources for personal purposes (balance, materials, and others) is prohibited. | Strict warning / removal
1.2.
A leader holds the position for a minimum of 30 days.
Explanation: If the leader leaves the position in less than 30 days or fails to handle their duties. | BAN 31 days + leadership blacklist
Note: Intentionally creating an RP situation that forces a leader to leave their position is prohibited. | BLOCK 60 days + permanent leadership blacklist
1.3.
By curator decision, after the term expires, the leader may extend their leadership for 1 more month.
1.4. Maximum number of leader deputies:

  • []Criminal organization — 3 deputies
    []State organization — 2 deputies
  • Governor — 1 deputy



1.5. The leader is responsible for the overall discipline and order of faction members. | By curator decision
1.6.
The leader is required to follow all server rules. | 1 strict warning
Explanation: If the leader violates rules even on their 2nd or 3rd character, the sanction is automatically recorded on the leader’s account.

Violation of rules by the leader’s deputy. | 1 verbal warning
1.7.
At 3 warnings, the leader is removed from the position (state / crime). | 2 verbal warnings = 1 warning
1.8.
A warning can be removed only once every 7 days. | By curator decision
1.8.1.
A warning may also be removed through faction activity and conducting large-scale RP events. | By curator decision
1.9.
In the case of mass violations by faction members, the leader receives 1 strict warning.
Indication:

  • []Criminal organization — violation by at least 4 members
    []State structure — violation by at least 3 members



1.10. If the leader leaves the position under the punishment of point 1.2, amnesty does not apply.
1.11. Transferring leadership to another person is prohibited. | Removal from position
1.12.
The leader is responsible for violations committed by the leader’s deputy. | Strict warning
1.13.
The leader is prohibited from playing on another GTA 5 RP project. | Removal from position (see 1.2)







2.0. Leader Responsibilities.​

2.1. The leader is required to manage the faction forum and Discord (moderation / order). | By curator decision
2.2.
The leader’s minimum online time must be at least 3 hours per day. | By curator decision
2.3.
The leader is required to resolve internal conflicts in a timely manner and not allow faction destabilization. | By curator decision
2.4.
The leader is required to fulfill the curator’s requests and manage the faction cooperatively. | By curator decision







3.0. General Rules for Withdrawal / Deposit of Funds.

The organization leader is required to follow the following principles when withdrawing / depositing funds:



3.1. It is allowed to withdraw funds from the organization:

  • []For the purpose of issuing bonuses.
    []For funding events.
    []To cover tribute or truce payments (criminals only).
3.2. It is prohibited to withdraw funds from the organization:

  • []For personal purposes.
  • For gambling.
3.3. Every penny that enters or leaves the organization balance must be recorded in the relevant Discord channel. | Strict warning to the leader.

3.4. The leader is required to maintain "financial descriptions" in the relevant Discord channel. | Strict warning to the leader.

3.5. It is prohibited to withdraw funds from the organization without approval from the faction curator, chief curator / deputy. | Strict warning to the leader.

4.0. General Rules for Issuing Bonuses.

The organization leader is required to follow the following principles when issuing bonuses:



4.1. The leader is required to record every issued bonus in a special Discord channel, indicating: the bonus recipient, the amount, and the reason. | Strict warning to the leader.
Explanation:
The description must be made in Discord in the "budget-description" channel.
4.2. Bonuses are issued only to employees who have shown activity during the week. | Strict warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Activity means participation in RP situations, completing missions, and other related actions.
4.3. Bonuses may be issued only from the organization balance. | Verbal warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Issuing "bonuses" from personal money is prohibited.
4.4. Bonus types and limits:

  • []Best Employee of the Week. | 200.000$
    []Special operation. | 80.000$ (per player).
    []Night duty. | 60.000$
    []Participation in RP situations. | 70.000$
    []Mission completion. | from 100.000$ to 150.000$.
    []Leader bonus. | 600.000$
  • Leader deputy bonus. | 300.000$
4.5. Issuing bonuses based on friendship, favoritism, or nepotism is prohibited. It is mandatory that the player has the appropriate activity recorded. | Strict warning to the leader. | Strict warning to the leader.
4.6.
It is allowed to issue a bonus to one player 2 times per week. | Strict warning to the leader.
Note: The leader / leader deputy receives a bonus once per week.
4.7. Issuing a bonus to a player who has been in the organization for less than 3 days is prohibited. | Verbal warning to the leader.
4.8.
Issuing a one-time bonus greater than 150.000$ without approval from the faction curator, chief curator / deputy is prohibited. | Strict warning to the leader.
4.9.
Issuing more than 200.000$ in bonuses to one player is prohibited. | Strict warning to the leader.
Exception:
Leader / leader deputy.
