Description:

Fort Zancudo attack is a fully IC event in which all criminal organizations are allowed to participate. The purpose of this event is to steal materials from the territory of Fort Zancudo.



General Rules:

1.1. Fort Zancudo raid schedule: Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday / Sunday from 20:00 to 23:00.
1.1.1. It is prohibited to steal more than 10,000 materials with one Matovoska.
1.2. All general server rules apply during the event.
1.3. Looting before the fight ends is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes.
1.4.
The army is prohibited from moving the Matovoskas designated for the raid. Numbers: FZ1, FZ2, FZ3, FZ4. | Warning to the leader.
1.5.
Restoring health / equipping armor during shooting is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
Explanation:
Allowed only while safely in cover.
1.6. Helping an injured player during shooting is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
Explanation:
Allowed only while safely in cover.
1.7. Shooting while abusing Q-peek is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
1.8.
Entering and moving inside the army base with vehicles is prohibited. Both sides must stop their vehicles at the army entrance and enter on foot. | Special jail 60 minutes.
Exception:
State structures are allowed to enter the base using helicopters. Movement with vehicles inside the army territory is allowed only for the army using their own vehicles. Crime groups may move only using the stolen Matovoskas.
1.9. Using a Tazer is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
1.10.
Occupying high positions during FZ is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes.

Criminal organizations attack sequence on the base:


  • []Park vehicles at the entrance.
    []Break the gate using a lockpick and enter the base.
    []Use the military lockpick to open the Matovoska and move it 20 meters behind the loading point.
    []Load 10,000 materials into each vehicle and leave.



National Guard Rules:

2.1. Returning to the location after death (RK) is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
2.2.
Preparing for the event in advance is prohibited. | Verbal warning to the leader / Strict warning to the leader.
Exception:
IC information received from other state organizations.
Explanation: Patrol preparation, expanding patrol areas, or similar activities intended to gather information in advance are prohibited.
2.3. It is allowed to request assistance from other state factions by providing any information. | Strict warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Requests for assistance are allowed only through the department radio.
2.4. Taking cover behind faction vehicles is allowed. | Special jail 60 minutes.
Explanation:
Q-peek cover shooting is prohibited.
2.5. Shooting from vehicles is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
Explanation:
Exiting a vehicle, shooting criminals, and then returning to the vehicle is considered the same as shooting from a vehicle.
2.6. Shooting from the control tower or any closed interior on Fort Zancudo territory is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
2.7.
Locking or damaging the Matovoskas designated for FZ (FZ1, FZ2, FZ3, FZ4) is prohibited. | Strict warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Matovoskas must remain accessible and usable for criminal organizations during the FZ event.



State Organization Rules:

3.1. Assisting the National Guard is allowed only after the information is transmitted through the department radio. | Strict warning to the leader.
3.2.
The maximum number of players from one state faction allowed to assist is 20. | Verbal warning to the leader.
Explanation:
LSPD, FIB, and EMS may provide assistance.
3.3. Assisting the National Guard is allowed only within Fort Zancudo territory. | Verbal warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Blocking roads in the event zone is prohibited. (photo below)
3.4. Blocking Checkpoint-1 / Checkpoint-2 entrances with vehicles is prohibited. | Verbal warning to the leader.
Explanation:
Only 2 vehicles may be placed at the checkpoint, and only JEEPs.
3.5. Using handcuffs during combat is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
Exception:
After the Fort Zancudo attack, it is allowed to interrogate a maximum of 5 players.
Note: After the Fort Zancudo attack, there is no limit on arrests.
3.6. Changing the Matovoska location is prohibited. | Warning to the leader.
3.7.
Using personal vehicles is prohibited. | Warning to the leader.
3.8.
Using MG information is prohibited. | Strict warning to the leader.



Criminal Structure Rules:

4.1. Only official criminal organizations may attack the army base. | Special jail 60 minutes.
4.2.
The army attack must be coordinated with the Chief / D.Chief Crime Curator and the Dep.Chief Administrator. | Warning to the leader.
4.3.
All attackers must wear their gang colors / unofficial organization dress code, a mask, and must be armed. | Special jail 60 minutes.
4.4.
Entry to the army territory is allowed only through checkpoints. | Warning to the leader.
4.5.
Shooting from vehicles is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
4.6.
Minimum number of participants: 10 players; maximum: 50 players. | Warning to the leader.
4.7.
Having any amount of armor in the inventory is allowed.
4.8. There must be at least a 30-minute interval between army raids. | Warning to the leader.
Explanation:
The timer starts from the moment of entering the territory.
4.9. Each gang / unofficial organization may participate in the raid only once per day. | Warning to the leader.
4.10.
Criminal factions are allowed to extract only 4 vehicles (40,000 materials in total). | Warning to the leader + material reset.
4.11.
Approaching / shooting near DV Tower is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning.

4.12. Moving with vehicles on the crime side is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.

4.13. Crime factions may take the following Matovoskas: FZ1, FZ2, FZ3, and FZ4. | Special jail 120 minutes.
4.14.
Only one IC alliance is allowed. | Special jail 120 minutes / Strict warning to the leader.
4.15.
Using ropes is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning.
4.16.
Robbery / kidnapping is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
4.17.
Occupying the control tower or any closed interior in Fort Zancudo territory is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes.
4.18.
Criminal organization players are required to record at least one video starting from the beginning of the raid. | Verbal warning to the leader.
Explanation:
The video must include original sound, the quality must not be lower than 720p, participants must keep the recording for 48 hours and present it to the administration upon first request.
4.19. Stealing / loading materials is allowed only into Matovoskas. | Special jail 120 minutes / Strict warning to the leader / Material confiscation.
