General Rules:
1.1. Technical inspection is carried out only on the project’s official Discord server Nova RP, and the inspection is conducted by a person who has the Soft Checker role accompanied by a server administrator. | Strict warning + punishment removal / removal from position.
1.1.1. If the Soft Checker has sufficient video/photo material that clearly confirms a violation, they have the right to block the player and assign the appropriate punishment without conducting a technical inspection.
1.2. During the inspection, both the administration and the player are required to communicate with each other politely and respectfully. | Strict warning / removal from position.
1.3. A player inspection is conducted only if the player's actions on the server raise reasonable suspicion of specific violations.
1.4. The Soft Checker is required to keep the video recording of the technical inspection for 72 hours and present it to the Head Administrator/Deputy upon request.
Note: Showing the technical inspection video recording to anyone who is not the Head Administrator/Deputy will be considered a violation of personal rights related to the inspection and will be punished according to rule 3.2.
1.5. If foreign or suspicious files are discovered on the player’s computer during the technical inspection, the administration has the right to stop the inspection and block the player’s account.
Player Rights and Restrictions:
2.1. The player has the right to refuse a technical inspection and may also refuse to open a specific file if they believe it violates their personal rights.
Explanation: Refusing a technical inspection will result in the player being blocked for 90 days.
Note: Refusing to open a specific file may affect the administration’s final decision.
2.2. The Soft Checker and administrator are prohibited from opening, requesting, or reviewing the following without the player’s consent:

2.3. The administrator and Soft Checker are prohibited from forcing a player to download any software or file. | Removal from position.
Security and Confidentiality:
3.1. The Soft Checker and administrator are prohibited from sharing any information/data obtained during the inspection with individuals who are not project administrators. | Removal from position + blacklist.
