Criminal Factions

Gang — an armed criminal group engaged in illegal activities, organized robberies, and the sale of prohibited items. Each gang has its own color and areas of influence. It is known to the state’s population that these groups mainly control the “ghetto”.

Unofficial Organization — a family-based criminal community that has the right to organized crime!

Family — a gathering of law-abiding players who do not have the right to organized crime!

Gang and Unofficial Organization are referred to as a Criminal Organization.



General Rules for Crime Factions


1.1. Every member of a criminal organization, when committing a criminal act, is required to wear the dress code in their faction’s color. | Special jail 60 minutes / warning.
Explanation: Criminal acts include shooting together with faction members, robbery/kidnapping, business robbery, Fort Zancudo attack, supply convoy attack, territory wars, and terrorist acts.
Exception: For defensive shooting and on capture, 50% of the dress code is allowed.
Clarification: The dress code must contain 70%. | Hat = 30%, top = 50%, pants = 50%, gloves = 5%, shoes = 15%.
1.1.2. During any criminal act, a gang/unofficial organization member must use their faction vehicle directly. | Special jail 90 minutes.
1.2. New members may be recruited into the organization only on the faction’s main territory.
1.3. Intentionally emptying the faction warehouse is prohibited. | Special jail from 60 to 180 minutes / ban from 14 to 60 days / account wipe.
1.4.
Committing any criminal act without a mask is prohibited.
| Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes / warning.
Exception:
It is not mandatory in a dangerous district.
1.5. During any criminal act, a gang member must use their own faction vehicle directly. | Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes.
Exception:
A vehicle painted in the faction color
1.6. Each gang may have only
1 alliance with another gang or unofficial organization.
Note: All alliances must be confirmed on the official Crime segment Discord.
1.7. Scheduling an RP shootout is allowed only with a solid IC reason. | Verbal note - in case of repetition – strict warning to the leader + war cancellation.
1.8. Leaving the game (Leave RP) during a chase, search, arrest, or raid is prohibited. | Special jail 120 minutes + warning.
1.9.
Teaming up with other criminal factions (
Team-up) is prohibited unless you have an official alliance. |
Note:
Making an alliance is allowed with a gang/unofficial organization.
Exception: If state structures are located in the dangerous district (ghetto).
1.10. It is allowed to remove persons from gang territory with a proper RP situation.
1.11. Killing on the organization’s main base is prohibited. | Special jail 90 minutes + warning.
Exception: The case provided for by rule 1.10.
1.12. It is allowed to open fire without warning on members of state or criminal organizations if they are unlawfully on your organization’s spawn.
1.13. Provocation on an opposing gang’s spawn is prohibited. | Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes.
1.14.
A maximum of 3
deputies (leader substitutes) may be appointed.
1.15. A rule violation by the leader’s deputy will result in a strict warning being issued to the leader.
1.16. Entering your own
spawn to escape a chase by a state or criminal organization is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning.
1.17.
If an organization leader is newly appointed, they may take a
24-hour “freeze” (Freeze).
Explanation: During the “freeze” period, any faction activity is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning + strict warning to the leader.
1.18. A gang roster must not exceed 100 players. | Strict warning to the leader.
1.19.
A gang / unofficial organization’s titular district (spawn) is, according to RP, a place densely populated by criminals.
1.20. Transferring or selling weapons on the organization’s spawn to outsiders without a proper
RP reason is prohibited. | Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes.
1.21.
During a shootout or mass RP action, returning to spawn (RK) for the purpose of rejoining is prohibited. | Special jail 90 minutes + warning.
1.22.
The leader is required to control the members’
RP level and behavior. | In case of systematic violations – strict warning or removal of the leader.
1.23.
Bringing any
OOC conflict into IC (revenge, personal disputes in the name of the organization) is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning.
1.24.
Repeated kidnapping of the same player within a short time period is prohibited. | Special jail 90 minutes + strict warning.

Explanation: At least 2 hours must have passed.
1.25. Killing a state employee during a kidnapping without an IC reason is prohibited if they have not offered armed resistance.
Explanation: If the player fully follows the RP situation, killing them is prohibited. | Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes + warning.
1.26. The organization leader/deputy is required to agree every mass RP action (shootout, raid, bank attack, etc.) in advance with the faction curator. | RP situation cancellation + strict warning to the leader.
1.27.
Spreading false information in the name of the organization about other factions in order to gain an IC advantage is prohibited. | Special jail 60 minutes + warning.
1.28.
Excessive humiliation of a kidnapped person or
amoral actions (insults, spitting, etc.) are prohibited. | Special jail 90 minutes.
1.29.
Starting RP actions in the name of the organization without the minimum number of members is prohibited. | RP cancellation + warning to the leader.
1.30.
Camping on the organization’s spawn (
Camping) against members of a state or other faction without an RP reason is prohibited. | Special jail from 60 to 120 minutes.
1.31.
Team transfer is prohibited. | BAN 3 days.
